Positions for Villages VA Facility
 

Has anyone heard when the VA will be posting positions for the new VA facility on 42? I have been checking the Federal Job Postings and haven't seen or heard anything. Yet the facility is almost completed.
Since I can't seem to find a radiology position in these parts and have 14+ years invested with the VA, I'd like to get some part-time work in and maybe finish out my 20 for another piece of the retirement package.

I've been looking as well for an RN position. Not sure how they are filling the positions without posting.

keep checking usajobs.gov. That is where they will post for their mid-August opening.

The VA may be limiting the area of consideration to current VA employees. We usually limit the first search to current employees (I'm not part of the VA) to allow current employees the opportunity to move up. If sufficient qualified applicants are not found in the first search, we open the search field further (such as all DoD, Florida residents, etc.) each following search until either all positions are filled or it is opened to all U. S. citizens.
