Fidel Castro, former leader of communist Cuba, praised US President Barack Obama calling him a "fanatic believer in capitalist imperialism..." In one of his frequent essays published by the state run newspaper, the Cuban leader also criticized Obama for his lack of leadership on climate change and immigration reform, and for his decision to send more troops to Afghanistan, among many other things.
