Sunroom addition with spanish tile roof
 

Thinking of adding a sunroom to our villa as we only have 2 bedrooms and no lanai. Our villa has the spanish tile roof. Any ideas as to what this would cost? We love our villa and its location however we could use one more room as the second bedroom is tiny.

The only way you are going to accurately know what this will cost is to get some estimates. I used Demetri Homes and Remodeling for my sunroom and was very pleased.
