Getting closer to "Seen it all".
 

Just saw a guy on a bicycle come off El Camino Real headed west at Savannah Center. He was riding in the eastbound lane against traffic. He entered the roundabout and proceeded clockwise in the inside lane...against traffic...caused quite a lot of emergency stopping, horn blowing, and, I assume, cursing. He exited the roundabout and went merrily on his way northbound on Buena Vista...against traffic.

Must be British :)

Darwin's Law refers to him dying before he's old enough to breed. If he's our age, it's already too late for Darwin's Law. But it sounds like some kind of Law of Stupidity needs to catch up with him.

Actually we're talking about the Darwin Award which is given for two reasons. One is death by stupidity and the other is sterilization by stupidity. Either one contributes to human evolution by selecting out of the gene pool.
