Secured By Securi..

Is everyone getting the little popup at the bottom of their screen that says "Secured by Securi"?

Is this anything we need to be concerned about?

If you click on it you will see that it is a service that they have apparently added to the website to scan for viruses and malware.

That is correct it is another level of security for the website.

Popup Blocker Pro - Chrome Web Store

What are Unvanted Pages, and why would you trust a product with a simple spelling error? Or is unvanted a word of some internet importance about which even the Google is unaware?

Google Chrome automatically blocks popups by default, so you shouldn't need any extensions. If you want to block them more aggressively you could go with Adblock Plus, which serves more than a single function. It blocks popups and it blocks (most, but not all) advertising. The caveat there is that it doesn't block ALL advertising, and that on some websites, you can't access the information on the website unless you turn the adblocker off (most online newspapers, and any website behind a paywall, won't function properly or at all if you don't permit them to bypass adblock plus).
