Question about Lot Sizes
 

We were talking about homes in TV this morning and we were just wondering about lot sizes. Specifically, is a designer model without a fence (e.g., a Begonia) on a different size lot than a similar Veranda model with a fence (e.g., Monroe)?

I could be wrong but it looked to me that most of the Verandas had similar lot sizes. There were exceptions, corners lots, etc. IIRC the standard lot is 60x90 at least in the more southern area as we weren't looking in any of the north of 44 villages.
When we purchased we found a lot that would fit our Woodside with the stretches we had planned, the lot is larger than the lot adjacent since we are on a Cul de Sac.

Our Gardenia is on a lot of 12,000 square feet, however this is probably an exception as we bought the lot and built, no fence.

I think Verandas are only available south of 44. In the rest of The Villages lot sizes do vary depending on location
