Mike's Maintenance - Disappointing
 

Because I was disappointed in the quality of service I was provided by Tropical Landscaping dba Mike's Maintenance I searched for and found another company. As agreed in my annual renewal letter I notified them I was giving a 30 day notice of cancellation on March 1, 2010. I explained my decision in the letter and paid them the full charge of $92.00 for the month of March. I also said I expected them to honor their side of the agreement and provided services until April 1, 2010 for which they had been paid. I was most disappointed to receive no communication, they obviously didn't care, AND I received no services for the entire month. They did exactly the same thing to my next-door neighbors.

Clearly, this is disrespectful, dishonorable and shows a total lack of concern for their customers. I strongly advise anyone who is considering Mike's for landscape/gardening services to be extremely wary. There are a lot of honest companies in the business but Mike's apparently thinks they are too big to be concerned about a few residential accounts.
