Purchasing a Golf Cart Electric vs Gas
 

I am new to the golf cart world and will become a Snow Bird at the end of April. My contract with the Village Property Management is over and I believe I will retire. I am comming down in May to pick up the keys.

I will be looking to purchase a golf cart either in May or when I return in Oct. Could anyone tell me to pros and cons of gas vs electric. It will be idle for 5 or 6 months over the summer. Also if anyone knows any good dealers for used, rebuilt, or new. Club Car vs any other brand etc

Red has some good points except I would say it is difficult to overfill if you use the right equipment, either a single point fill system or a filler especially made for the job, any golf cart store can sell you these....gn
