Go to the Florida Secretary of State search page. It is:

Division of Corporations - Florida Department of State

Search for Holding Company of The Villages and read the names: Directors are: Jennifer Parr; Mark Morse; and Tracy Mathews

The Villages Golf Cars

New policy has been enacted at The Villages Golf Cars.
If you buy your golf cart from another entity you cannot have an appointment for service. You can show up prior to 8:00 a.m. so they can let you know if your cart can be serviced that day. If not, you have to return another day.
Ok, but what if you purchased your home from the developer and the golf cart came with the house?
We have made appointments for several years and now this is impossible due to this new policy. I believe an exception should be made.

There are several service companies that will come to your house and service your cart. If it need to go into the shop they will arrange pickup and delivery. The service levels at The Villages Golf Carts has been going downhill for quite a while with several of our neighbors cutting ties and going else where. Long reservation times plus return visits plus the "we found you also need this" up sell were cited as the reasons. As far as exceptions, since they can't handle the volume they currently have granting exceptions would most likely not help the greater population.

Recommendations

Could anyone recommend an excellent mobile golf cart repair service?

Thanks in advance...

Just bought a new 2019 Yamaha PTV in Alabama for about $1,500 less than what they get for new. They try to cow TV population (with much success) into paying premium prices by tactics such as described above. I chose to save money and either be somewhat inconvenienced or go elsewhere.
