Good advice

I have some friends who work or worked at the Villages Regional Hospital. They have been showing up on my Facebook page more often. This appeared today or yesterday.

I could lose some weight and decrease salt intake.

Always a good reminder. Thank you

First of all Pizza varies from 600 to 1200 calories per slice. So you down 2-3 slices for lunch and it is 1200 to 3600 calories. Then you have a beer with that. One beer is roughly equal to six slices of bread.

Yes, I do eat and like pizza. One slice should be lunch.

SUGAR and weight? Sugar is roughly 14 calories in a teaspoon.
We get far more calories. from FAT.

Hint when we eat out, most restaurants serve far more food than you would eat at home. The food tastes good because they will add fat to most dishes. Butter on a steak. Butter on fish. Oh and then YOU/I order blue cheese dressing on the salad. I regularly prove that salads can be fattening.

I think that if everyone in The Villages limited their daily sodium intake to 1500 MG, almost every restaurant would need to go out of business.
