Beware Lowe's Carpeting
 

Lowe's carpeting is good quality. However the problem is that they use low cost/quality installers. In my case they used Keller Interiors. They didn't clean-up after themselves along the edges of the carpet. This was to hide their poor job. Carpet was not snug to wall as typical. They don't answer phones or follow-up. Online they are rated 1 out of 5 stars. I'm not that generous.

Why don't you call Lowes to complain. They can hold their feet to the fire. You pay Lowes, they pay the sub.

I agree with above, go to Lowe's store manager and complain. If you do not get satisfaction, go to corporate and complain, I am sure you will get some satisfaction.

Hopefully, you paid with a credit card. You have 60 days to dispute the charge. Always pay with a credit card.

Do NOT buy carpet from Lowe’s! Not only is their installer Keller Interior rude, but the employees in the Lowe’s carpet dept. are rude as well !! Save yourself time and money and go to Home Depot. Talk to Gaye. SHE knows carpet!

I used Home Depot for carpet. Two different installers came by but said they didn't want to do it. Canceled them.
