Best Sales Rep for selling home?
 

There are many posts about the "best sales rep", but the recommendations seem to be for people interested in purchasing in TV.

We have a home for sale in TV, and need to find the Best Sales Rep for selling. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We recently sold a home using Villages Rep, Debra Park. 352-753-4000. I was a real estate broker for twenty years so I'm careful about who I use.

Debra is very experienced, reliable, and professional. She is a straight-shooter. I believe the exposure you get by listing with TV VLS is much superior to MLS.

I would highly recommend Joe Constentino. He works as hard selling pre-owned property as he does new, which is not true of many of the TV realtors.

we sold our own home in the villages. took us seven days,however we had a village agent for 6 months,who during that time never once had a showing of our home. other agents would show our home but with little success. one time we followed a real estate agent with a couple after showing our home.they were in and out in two minutes.the agent took them to brand new homes about two blocks away. they stayed long time.what i am getting ati is seems they are more interested in selling new homes.our home was not overpriced. lowered it ourselves a few thousands and it flew off the market.

Thanks for all of the replies! We had an ad in The Village Sun and the house is now under contract.

If it had not sold by the end of the month, we were going to list again with a Realtor, so thanks for all the recommendations. Now, both of our homes have sold and I really hope we can just grow to be old frogs and stay put!
