Cardiologist information request
 

After 4 visits to TV decided to sell our house in Wisconsin and move. As luck would have it, sold it in 3 days. from a previous visit found a house we liked in TV. sounds good so far. Same time, developed a heart problem. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good cardiologist close to TV that I can inform my doctor here to contact? Hopefully by June 10 we should be here.
As a side note, this site has been extremely helpfull and informative in making our decisions. Thanks

I recently went to Dr. Yelamanchi right on Old Camp Road in Sumter Landing. Had my records fowarded from previous cadio. I'm happy with him. No waiting got appt. right away.

You may want to consider calling Citrus Cardiologist in The Villages. I go to one of their Dr's and he seems quite good.:wave:

I had my records transferred to Florida Heart and Vascular. My doc is Dr. Hurt. They are first class and affiliated with the University of Florida.

I highly recommend Citrus Cardiology in Sumter Landing. I see Dr. Upadya there and am very pleased.

Hubby uses Citrus Cardiology and saw several of their doctors while a patient in the hospital. He now sees only Dr. Miryala, but we liked everyone within the practice that we dealt with.

How is the care and surgery Dept at Citrus Hospital in Inverness, is that the one you went to?

Dr.Hector Garcia just east of 441 across from the hospital. I'm very happy with him. 352-259-4460

Another vote for Citrus Cardiology and Dr. Upadya. We both see him and are pleased.

I also see Dr. Upadya and am very happy with him, had 3 stents placed wihout any problem.

When considering a Cardiologist consider what hospital they are associated with . . . I'd only consider a hospital that has open heart surgery as at least an option if needed.

I have seen Dr. Upadya a few times and am very pleased with him.
