Width of Golf Cart Garage

I'm moving to TV this summer. Can someone do me a favor and measure the width of their golf cart garage door. Thank you in advance.

If you are contemplating an addition of a cart garage, give serious consideration making it a standard single opening.
Provides more options for future use and is not that much bigger.

72 inches (or 6 feet) exactly.

Our golf cart garage door is 72" wide. I believe that is the standard width for a "golf cart garage door"

We live in a designer home.

If you are ADDING one to an already built home make sure it doesn't encroach on the Villages 5' (at least depending on local rule) setback of your property line from each side of the line between the 2 homes. Wanted to add one but was short about 1 foot of space between adjacent homes despite have almost 13 feet available from property line to wall. We ended up widening by 4 feet instead.

I anticipated the set back would be the spoiler in most cases. Even outside the Villages that is the case. I thought I could splatter the cars around the area in rented garages since I'm sure there are plenty of open bays but couldn't find a rental garage, even one, on this classified section.

Buy a deep lot and stretch your garage. I did that (15 feet) and can easily fit 3 cars in the garage plus our bikes and all my parts and a workbench.

Doubtful you'll find many garages for rent within TV but there are plenty available outside, there is a particularly nice building that rents out large units that are climate controlled and will hold I believe 4 cars. I can't remember the name but they are just off 301 south of 44 in Wildwood. If interested send me a PM and I can drive by and get you the name.

Just recently drove by that . It's "My Garage"

That's it, they even have a private bathroom in the units, the size listed is 25 x 50 easily get 4 to 6 cars in there depending on their size.
