Good one, LOL, on Cape Cod dogs are not allowed on the beaches either, but since they lifted the bounty on the head of seals, the beaches are covered with seal crap and stink and you can no longer go in the water because all the seals have brought in lots of great white sharks? But you can't bring your dog to the beach? Go figure?
