I am looking for a good barber (m/f) who knows how to cut mens' hair with a scissor and not just a buzz machine. Too, the barber should know how to trim sideburns and back of neck with a straight razor.

I go to Joe at Cal's in Brownwood. Does all you list and does a consistent job, which I think is the hardest thing to find.

I really liked Fred when he was at Cals (Brownwood), but he moved to Tou's across route 301 in Wildwood, so if your plans are to get to your haircut by golf cart, this will not work for you. However, he does a really great haircut.
