ClearPro Purifier
 

We're new residents. The previous owner installed a ClearPro 2000 purifier in May of 2016. Annual maintenance is not due until May, but we noticed residue in cups after making tea with tap water, streaks in the toilets, etc. so I suspected the unit was not working properly. I called the installer in Ocala (352-200-2777) and got a female voice recording asking me to leave a message etc. After 2 calls to them in 2 weeks I still had no response so I checked the website - defunct. So I searched the Web and found a Florida Clear Choice site where I left my contact info. Haven't heard from them yet. Does anyone have experience with these units? Perhaps you've found someone to maintain them? The unit cost just under $2,000 so I'm not anxious to rip it out and start over!
