Local honey?

hello, Does anyone know where I can purchase Local Honey? Do they have it at the farmers market that is local to our county? Have you tried it?
Thanks

At the Mardi Gras set-up at Spanish Springs there was a local honey vendor. I don't remember which one it was, and only remember that the sign did in fact say Florida. I don't remember which town was written on the sign.

I'll probably bring some honey down from Connecticut when we make the final move this summer. The bees get some of their pollen from the herbs in my garden. The beekeeper is just around a mile and a half from my house. The typical range for honeybees is around 2 miles. Oregano blossom/lavender/clover honey - is amazing.

You can find it at The Green Apple on Rolling Acres Rd

I have a friend in south Ocala that has his own honey. Send me an email and i'll get you his contact info. His honey is very good! I have some new hives, but no honey production...yet!

You may also want to check The Market Of Marion on rt 301, they operate Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week, There are quite a few vendors who sell honey there.

Local farm market on 301 just south of CR42 where you turn into the casino on the west side. Or north of oxford on 301 which ever way you come from

Brownwood Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Riverview. They set up across from Tommy Bahamas and are out of Lake Pannasoffkee. I use their Wildflower which is from local pollen.

Mine is imported. But I have "domesticated" him.
