How to get to Lowe’s from historic section

Can someone give me easy to follow directions to Lowe’s and Wallyworld on a golf cart in the historic section of The Villages? For the life of me, I haven’t been able to figure it out on my own.

I am “directionally challenged” so telling me to go East or West will go over my head.

Thanks in advance.

From The Paradise Postal Facility head toward the Boone Gate. After you pass the Stop Sign go straight, approximately ten houses give or take a few on your left you will see a paver road on your left. Make that left. You must have your Gate Card, the same one as you use for your car at the Main Gates. Once you successfully and carefully pass thru the gate go to your right then go as far as you can then make a right and a quick left and that will get you to Lowes. My wife is calling me that dinner is burning on the grill so somebody will have to help you from Lowes to Walmart. Only attempt Walmart during the day the first time cause its spooky near the Duke Energy Property. Berry Berry Dark. BOOO! :)

:1rotfl::1rotfl: Good Luck! :popcorn:

Let us know if you make it back! The Lowes trip is cool any time of the day or night IMHO.

If you're going to Walmart, get to the Lowes parking lot. But instead of turning left at THAT point closer to Lowes itself, turn left, and then right through the "outer" part of the parking lot (closer to the main road 441 but still within the parking lot). The back of the Cracker Barrel restaurant will be on your left, just after Chase Bank. Keep on that path (it's all part of interconnected parking lots, it's just a driving area that goes through them all). You'll see Benzer Pharmacy on your right, keep going. You'll see Aldi on your left. That parking lot will end up ahead, and there's a small golf cart path that goes through to an open grassy/marsh looking area. Go through that golf cart path, and it'll connect you directly to the Walmart parking lot. There is golf-cart-only parking immediately after entering that lot, to your left.

Google Maps is definitely your friend but not on this particular Mission I believe. You are going on territory that has definitely not been mapped by GooGoo!

I saved the Steak before and the best I can tell you is from Lowes stay off 441 and hug the road parallel to the highway until you get to the back of Aldi's then look towards the right and follow the path to Walmart. As long as you see 441 and are not on it or crossing it sooner or later you'll get there.

If you need to go there at night I would suggest that you are prepared for any problem that may surprise you in the dark.

When you feel more comfortable we'll get you to the Walmart on Wedgewood Lane. You'll have to drop bread crumbs to find your way back from either store. Can't wait to hear a success story. :a040:

Just follow all the other golf carts. Doesn't everyone go there?

YAY!

See everyone? DIRECTIONS - not maps and GPS mystery voices - are best!
