Courtyard Villa Garage - Part 2

Part 2 to my original posting: We recently moved to a CYV in District 8 and we are struggling with the 1 & 1/2 car garage limitation. We are on a corner/ end unit with ample space to add an additional 1 & 1/2 car golf cart garage (14' door) on the other side to balance the aesthetics. We have driven by multiple homes that have made this improvement and we wanted to do the same. We contacted 3 recommended (TOTV) contractors prior to approaching the ARC for approval. The ARC has revised the size limitation of any garage addition to a CYV to only allow a 6' door (standard size of a single golf cart garage door).
We are looking for suggestions on what you would do. We would like to keep the car parked in the original garage and park our 2 golf carts in the addition but don't see any way with the 6' door to accomplish this.
Please don't suggest that we move, buy bicycles or just leave the car in the driveway. We are looking for viable suggestions.
Thank You.

How deep can you build it, can you make it long enough to fit carts bumper to bumper.

We can actually get both the car and the 2 golf carts (bumper to bumper) in the existing 1 & 1/2 car garage. It's a hassle. Can't open the passenger side door of the car in the garage. Have to move out the front cart if you need the back cart and all the while being mindful not to scratch the car. Sorry. So to answer your question yes we could build a 2-cart deep addition but for $35-38K we really aren't gaining much. Thank you for your suggestion.

How about making the addition 14 feet wide with just a single 6' door? If not allowed you don't have much else to choose from.

Lesson we all learnt soon after we move in to 1 1/2 garage with water heater, furnace, washer dryer which takes up lots of space that if it was true 1 1/2 garage you would have room for towncar and two carts

These are rules, not laws...ask for an exception and cite the aesthetic aspects, plus if others exist in your vicinity you could make that argument. They may not bite, but the ask would be worth it.
