On a 2000 sq ft house in The Villages what is the average cost to replace the roof and the air conditioner. What are the best contractors for this.

Roof. $9,000 - $17,000

Best time to have this work done late spring and early fall.

After part timers leave and before they return is the slowest time for contractors. Results in lower prices.
