Help with Urologist for my wife

Hello fellow Villagers
Once again I am coming to you for help in suggesting a Urologist for my wife. We had bad experience with Gastroenterologists and thanks to you we have found Dr Truesdale and now again we are trying to find a Urologist that you would recommend for my wife.

As always appreciate your suggestions and help in finding someone that you trust and not someone who treats people like a number and not "truly" interesting in their problems.

Thank you so much

I use Dr. Dersch. Very happy. But, I understand that Dr. Taub is also good. A friend has seen Dr. King, but says he feels like he is treated like a number.

I highly recommend Dr. Saumil Karavadia at Advanced Urology Institute, Oxford office. He is competent, professional, attentive and very easy to have a conversation with.

Advanced Urology is THE one! Dr. Karavadia is my husband's urologist and he has helped him immensely and some of our friends also.

I highly recommend Dr Karavadia at Advanced Urology. He is an excellent urologist for women. He is the best doctor I’ve ever gone to in The Villages.

Dr Flaherty at The Villages Specialty center or his associate Dr Bovelsky. After 18 uti episodes in 24 months, Dr Flaherty solved the problem.

Recommendation

Dr. Dora, Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Florida. It is a 2 1/2 hour drive and #2 in the USA for Medical Diagnosis and Treatment. He is part of the Urology Dept. of Mayo Cliniic:popcorn:

Dr Dersch

Good to know this as I have heard Mayo is the best and I will certainly refer to this if her condition is not determined. Thank you

Good Luck

Good luck for your wife and her success in finding and curing any urology problem she may have. :)

Do you mind telling me what the problem was? My mother has had so many uti's over the last few months and no one can figure out what is going on. She has been to a few different physicians, and nothing gets resolved.
