Cane Garden Pizza
 

I used to recommend Cane Garden as having the best pizza in The Villages. Not anymore. Went there tonight and the pizza recipe has changed. It has way too much cheese and very little sauce, and I will not be returning there for pizza. I told the manager, and he did not charge me for the pizza, but I did not get any assurance that the old recipe would be returning.

Go to Mallory.....;)

Its hard to please everybody...…………………………..guess thats why there is not only one pizza maker.

:rolleyes: Sorry, I have to ask...... Did you eat the pizza? I would think a free pizza tastes great to some people. I don't know..... just not geared that way! :$:

My opinion. It seems in general pizza here is lacking in salt.
Try adding some salt. Also, I like oregano, that too is usually available on the table at most pizza places.

Piesanos is coming to The Villages. Best pizza around. Some will complain about the price.

Go to Chicago for the BEST pizza.

OK let's not get into my pizza was better than your pizza and stay into places near here.

If you don’t mind the drive go to Angelos in Inverness. You will not be disappointed.

For TV I prefer NYPD Pizza.

Some pizza is better than others but to me it is all good when I allow myself a couple of slices. Wife put a thin crust pepperoni Red Baron in our oven the other night and although it doesn’t suit everyone it tasted good to me. Mallory does have good pizza.

I agree, I think NYPD has the best pizza, on a consistent basis, in The Villages.

We go to both Cane Garden and Mallory often and I have found, for both, that their pizza can be very good one time and then just average to bad the next time. Frustrating.
