We bought in Duval
 

Starting with our first visit in April of 2004 and numerous visits for both fun and home research, we have made the final jump to ownership in The Villages. We bought a house in Duval. :MOJE_whot:
I could write a book on all the issues that caused this prilgramage to drag out for 6 years, however, since many of them are memories best forgotten, we plan to focus on blending seamlessly into the neighborhood and as many activities as we can fit into our lives.

Due to this web site, our move will be made so much better. Also, I learned to keep my mouth shut about politics.chilout No thats a lie, I have learned that I SHOULD keep my mouth shut, but unfortunately, I have never gained the ability to actualy accomplish that. Anyway, Patti and I are so excited about the move and the many friends we will meet over the next 30 to 40 years.

Duval, as well as all the other villages in the community, are lovely.

We also took several years to make our move happen with all kinds of obstacles. Just sold the house, in the nick of time, ours will be ready on June 14 in The Village of Hemingway. We are very excited about finally being able to say. SOLD
