What is that?

It's nitrogen-infused coffee, served cold from a tapped keg. Hipster stuff, a trend that's already outlived its trendiness around a year ago. To the OP you might still be able to get it at Starbucks, they used to offer it in some of their shops.

So its cold coffee with air in it? I guess I was in the wrong business, I could have made a fortune selling cold coffee with air bubbling through it.

My boy says it's pretty good stuff, I'd just like to try it. Yeah, hipster stuff LOL, passed me by I suppose. Research online says it's tasty stuff.

I’ve tried it up north, good tasting. Funny story though I usually order a large black coffee, no sugar at Starbucks. When I asked for the large size the young man behind the counter said “oh no we can’t the coffee infused with nitrogen is too strong.” I laughed and said, “you’re joking?” No he wasn’t and I could only get a medium sized. I felt no ill effects after drinking it so I’m not really sure what the point was.
