Duplex / Apt
 

Question — Are there any Village owned Duplex or Condo units in The Villages for long-term lease? Or plans to add such a section?
I know there are many privately owned rentals. But considering this is a retirement community it would seem to be advantageous to have maintenance free units especially for singles.

There are small patio villas that some owners have removed the lawn and replaced it with landscape stones so pretty much maintenance free and you still have a detached living unit with a yard, porch, etc.
