Seeking Private Investor to Save Family Home in TV
 

As Personal Representative of my recently deceased parents' estate, I am seeking a private investor to work with us to pay off an unpaid principal balance of $85,000 to a reverse mortgage company on a home in the Alhambra section of The Villages with a current estimated property value of approximately $210,000. Willing to pay generous interest rate on private 15-year loan to keep property titled in family name. We are two relatively young (62 yo & 53 yo) degreed professionals (a Petroleum Engineer/Licensed Colorado Attorney and a Florida Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant) wanting to move from Colorado to TV, save and occupy the family home, and become productive, contributing, active, working members of The Villages community. Time is of the essence, as our planned relocation is imminent. Any thoughts and/or recommendations are welcomed and encouraged.
