Has anybody had any work done by this Company. We checked out 6 jobs he said he had completed and they looked good. Looks like Snowbird Homes. Nobody around to ask about dealing with them. He supplied Insurance Coverage paperwork which checked out. He's going to get approval from The Villages. (Thanks To Villagetinker)

I would call State of Florida Workman's Comp office and ask if they are insured (or properly filed exempt if an LLC). And talk to one past customer minimum. If you found them because they were knocking on your door.. they are likely not doing the rest of what they should do as a reputable business.
