Magnolia Plaza - 1st store identified
 

The first store to go into Magnolia Plaza next to the new Everglades Rec Center looks to be a Villages Golf Car store.

A close look at the recently filed documents with the SWFWMD has enough detail to tell all. Take a look at the attached pictures.

I don't see a fueling station for golf carts in the plans like other recent sales facilities but there is an 18" wide entry on the north side of the building that goes nowhere but to an open area for now, so maybe there.

That should make the State Farm agency happy as TV Golf Car store has golf cars blocking her sign. More anxious to see what restaurants go in. Thanks Don.
