Driveway Painting
 

Has anyone heard of or used The Villages Concrete Coatings ( Ray Calnen). He gave us a reasonable quote, but before doing anything, we'd like to hear from fellow villagers. I am also gathering info on other contractors and will let you know how we make out. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

I am having Tim Miller put the epoxy coating on my garage floor at the present time. He is prompt and courteous, and willing to take the time to work with you. He offers fair pricing and doesn't ask for a dime until the job is done.He does this at about $1.20 per sq. foot. It is in stage two of the process and looks great.

We used Amy Newsom and she was really great and we had at least three quotes. She was on time, professional and guarantees her work. I know she has done a lot of work around The Villages and there have been recommendations for her on this forum.

Miki did you have your driveway and walkway done? If so, what type of pattern can you choose? We had our garage, lanai and patio done in March and it turned into a bit of a hassle. I think I'll use someone else for the rest of the work.
