Permanent Makeup Query
 

Does anyone know of an excellent place to have permanent makeup (eyebrows) done? My late mother-in-law (Rose Bigelow) had it done there in TV several years ago and was thrilled with the results. Since I am a blonde too, my brows are very light and I have to pencil them on everyday. That's okay, but in summer ... well, you know what happens!!
