House and property inspectors
 

Hello,

I have looked for home inspectors on the rating page and only found one name; Harwood inspections. I was wondering if anyone had experience with an inspector and would like to recommend him/her. I am out of state and would need the inspector to be my eyes and ears. I understand quality work earns quality pay. Thanks.

I recently bought a second Villages home and I was present during Harwood home inspection. I was pleased. He found things I didn't notice. It took 1.5 hours and cost was $350.

Frank is excelllent.
He has done two separate inspections -- one for warranty work and one in the purchase of a resale.

Frank won’t charge you for what you don’t need. I vote for him too.
