Great service from Lowe's Wildwood
When Lowe's delivered our new refrigerator today there was damage to one of the doors. I discussed it with the delivery guys and they made a call about repair. At that time it was decided a new door replacement would happen in a few days. I was okay with that.
Later I called James in the appliance department to discuss delivery times. He advised he had decided to arrange for a new refrigerator not a door to be delivered tomorrow. His reasoning was that based on the damage told to him by the delivery guys there might be hidden damage that would impact us later. I consider this outstanding service and care for the customer. In today's world you don't always expect this especially from big box stores. Lowe's will get more of my business and if i need another appliance i'm going to see James! |
James is A#1 in my book. We bought our dishwasher from him, couldn't be happier.:ho::bigbow:
