Battery and Medicine Disposal
 

Can anyone help me find a place where I can dispose of:
-AA &AAA batteries
-Medications
-Electronic equipment

Best Buy for electronics and batteries that can't go in the trash.

Most pharmacies will take your old medications and dispose of them properly.

I have "heard" that Lowe's will take old batteries but you might want to call them to double check on that.

Sharps?

Meds...Sheriff’s Office, corner of Morse and 466....has a drop box in the main lobby....looks like an old fashion mail box.

Or keep a box in your garage and put them in there. A couple times a year there are drop offs that are advertised in the paper, on the other news source and usually someone puts it on here.

Lowes and HD only take Li-Ion batteries
