2017 Yamaha Quiet Tech uphill speed
 

I just bought a 2017 Yamaha Quiet Tech efi gas golf cart from 1st Cart Rental. I ad high speed gears put in and I know you lose some torque with that. But it seems to struggle a bit too much coming out of some of the tunnels with steep inclines like under 466a and the one near Sandhill. Crawls at like 7-9 mph. Seems like it goes a lot slower than the other carts. They replaced the clutch because it was bad but I'm not sure it is right yet. Never been in anyone else's up those hills but it sure seems to take a while to get going uphill. Once it gets going it does 25mph no problem. Is it just the high speed gears or is there something else wrong??
