We drove by the huge horse farm north of hwy 42 last week and noticed a 'Sold' sign on one of the walls. There were tree trimmers and tractors mowing. It looks like it will be inhabited soon.

You are right. Mr. Rainey just happens to own " Rainey Asphalt " and surprise surprise asphalt's the Villages roads and repairs them.

He also does all the prep work for new sections and probably builds all the houses, rec centers, and assisted living around here?

I thought the asking price would be much higher after watching that video. $17,900,000 for so much beautiful land plus the houses too.
