Would love to see something similar, but instead of going to pay for food, they go toward the veterinary and volunteer expenses of CNR programs - since, Have-a-Heart traps aren't free.

Awesome job Indiana though, for using fines that some folks pay for being irresponsible, to cover the costs of other people being irresponsible. It's very poetic and I think it's a great idea.
