Purchasing new vehicle

Need someone with a Cadillac XTS to drive over and see how it would fit in my garage. I live in Pinellas.

Why not make this part of your test drive from the dealer? If you are using Nahas this is only 2 miles away.

We live in a CYV, and a 1-1/2 car garage is tight on a car and golf cart. Last year when I traded in a Subaru Crosstrek for a Camaro, I just got the dimensions and figured it out. My biggest concern was the width, and my Crosstreak was 70" wide and the Camaro was 75" wide, I just imagined what 5" extra inches would do using a ruler. Length I had plenty of room. The Camaro did fit and to have even more room, I started backing in the golf cart which provided more space.

A new Cadillac XTS is 73" wide and 201" long, now get the dimensions for your current vehicle and see how it plays out.

Use chalk.

I think your plan is good, but, you could still do a test drive with a dealer that is located closer than an hour away, with no obligation. In fact, I would feel confident that I could buy the same car for the same price from a local dealer.

I think I understand. The problem can be opening the doors to get in and out. Maybe you can find a neighbor with a car about the same size or a little bigger to test.

This is another reason why I love TOTV. People are so giving and helpful to "friends" they haven't yet met.
