New to TV need recs
 

We have just bought a house in The Villages, and are looking for a reputable person to clean down the old garage floor, and give us suggestions/prices for "reflooring". The two that have been recommended (not through this site) haven't returned my phone call. Please let me know if you've used some recently, and would use them again, or not! Thanks so much!!
