DO NOT use "Tim Smith" (Tim Smith Lawn Care I think). Two man operation. He'll take your money and not show up on a regular basis. I used him for 4 months. The first 3 months I was out of town and didn't know, but for the last month... mowed my lawn once. I fertilize my lawn so it really needs to be mowed twice a week to look nice, thank goodness I still have my mower. I mailed him a letter little over a week ago, advising him effective Oct 1 2019 I no longer need his services. I am paid up until Oct 1, 2019. Today, he mowed my neighbors lawn, loaded up his equipment and drove off, looking at me as he drove off! Today is Sept 25, 2019, again he was paid in full for his service until Oct 1, 2019.
