If you did for sale by owner in the past couple of years how did you advertise? I’ve used VillagersFSBO.com with success in the past but not sure if I need more coverage than that. Thanks!

Marketing your property is the hardest part.
We sold ours within a few days on Zillow. We wasted money with Daily Sun ads. They bury them. Imagine that?

Ditto on Zillow.

You can also list your house in the classified section on this site.

You can never have too much coverage in selling anything!

Zillow is a must for the internet make sure your pictures do the house justice . do open houses it worked for me

Ditto on this advice. Advertise your open house in The Daily Sun with a bold OPEN HOUSE header. people that are actively looking will look for open house opportunities even if they are a bit "buried". Also, put open house signs with address on the more major residential streets as many people cruise around looking for open houses. Good Luck!

when you see an open house in your area put open house signs up for your house you already have buyers coming..:boom:
