Golf Courses Opening

Both Championship and Executive courses are reopening Thursday.

billethkid 09-03-2019 05:30 PM

:duck:

Markam 09-03-2019 05:40 PM

Reservation system is up and running.

Northwoods 09-03-2019 07:32 PM

Hmmmm.... The Developer saw that there was no danger so they opened the Championship Courses earlier that their plan. Imagine that.

Marvic 1 09-03-2019 08:40 PM

They did say they were going to keep the golf courses close until Thursday, whats "too soon" about that?

John_W 09-03-2019 09:08 PM

Great Job! We have Bonifay (Destin>Ft. Walton) @ 1:00 on Friday. Can't Wait!!

Bay Kid 09-04-2019 06:20 AM

Better safe than sorry.

rjn5656 09-04-2019 06:41 AM

I wish they would keep them closed a few more days. Little down time would help them be perfect.

bilcon 09-04-2019 06:56 AM

Yesterday, I observed a guy playing golf on one of the closed executive courses. I called the golf office, left a message, and watched the moron finish 9 holes. Seriously?

rjn5656 09-04-2019 07:40 AM

Let them stay closed and dry out before the morons get out there and ruin them.

Damned if they do, damned if they don't. Someone would make a snarky comment no matter what they do.

:bigbow: Pretty much!!! Being out on the courses after this much water is not good unless you are walking.

:ohdear: I don't think that is what he said...... but then you know yourself better than we do!

He said "Let them stay closed and dry out before the morons get out there and ruin them." You can't see it from 1,200 miles away but there are people who will do damage to a wet course. I'm sure you are not one of them...... right? AND I HAVE A TEE-TIME FOR THURSDAY.
