Plans have been submitted to build a 4-story hotel in the Beaumont Development. It will be located just north of 466A at the intersection with Pinellas Place, across 466A from The Villages Health Care Center. The application that was submitted is titled, "Beaumont Home2Suites." Possibly, the property will be a Home2 Suites by Hilton

A hotel in that location should be profitable.

I noticed that the application that was submitted is titled, "Beaumont Home2Suites." It's very possible that the property will be a Home2 Suites by Hilton, Home2 Suites by Hilton - Extended Stay Hotel Suites

That would make great sense given that that the Marriott Townplace Suites in Spanish Springs is always in high demand.
