Simple Parking Strategies - for us in TV?

I read this on one of my techie web sites. It might be an applicable approach for us to use in the Villages. It seems like every day I need to find a parking space.

Wow, it took two brainiacs to figure out what we already know. A little walking never hurt anyone and will get you into the store while the others are busy circling the lot, desperately hoping for a prime spot to open up.

I prefer - if it is not raining, then the furtherest spot mostly directly in front of door, so, I can walk the furtherest. If it is raining, I order it on Amazon and wait day or two to get it.

I prefer to find a "drive through" so I can drive straight in (to the far spot) and drive straight out. Having to reverse in a parking lot is the cause of most accidents.

I park on the yellow line hatched area outside the store.
There is always space there.
I like to see my car on the the website that must not be mentioned, in the regular bad parking feature!

I have two friends; one who drives his motorcycle right through the door and parks in the hall if he can, and one who finds the farthest possible parking spot so he can get his daily walk in. I’m somewhere in between.
