I clicked the link and didn't see anything about a VA Loan.

When we bought back in December I asked about a VA loan and was told that they did not accept VA loans for new homes. Now on the sale of a pre-owned home if the seller is willing you can use you VA home loan benefit.

Because it is a resale and not new. They take VA loans on resale properties if the seller is willing to POSSIBLY wait a lot longer than a normal loan. My sister recently bought through T.V. using a VA loan but in her case they closed fast. She wanted a new home but they wouldn't accept VA for that.

According to Zillow this is a resale. Last sold on 5/25/18 for $285,700..
