A reporter is covering the DNC and as he is walking into the convention hall, he notices a small boy alongside the door with a box full of puppies. On a sign next to the box was; Democrat Puppies. $5.00 each.
The reporter thought that was very enterprising. Several weeks later, the same reporter was covering the RNC and, walking in, noticed the same boy with a box of puppies again. This time the sign read; Republican Puppies. $15.00 each. He stopped and asked, "Aren't those the same puppies you were selling at the DNC for $5.00?" The boy answered "Yessir". The reporter asked " How come they cost $10.00 more now?" The boy answered "That's because their eyes are open now, Sir." ba da :boom:
