Shepard Smith

He announced today that he is leaving his long-time Anchor Job to open another Chapter in his life. Whatdoyouthink?

I say good luck, it wasn't :blahblahblah: all bad work :blahblahblah: that you did. Just the Majority of it IMHO. Will the Next Chapter be Better or should it have been left out?

Never thought about that possibility. Berry Berry Interesting. Very Good Thinking Outta The Box!

remember him when he started at channel 7 in Miami, where most of the Fox people came from. Was always professional and did a great job.

I don't think I saw him more than 5 times, but when I did, I thought he was no better or worse afternoon show than Brook Baldwin on CNN. During the day my wife controls the TV and if she puts on a news channel, it's usually HLN or CNN because she likes true crime. They usually have something going on, especially before Nancy Grace retired.

I always thought it was strange that Fox, the conservative network would have a gay man as one of their main anchors. I guess because it was never a thing they would broadcast, just like ABC with David Muir or CNN with Anderson Cooper.

I don't watch pundit driven cable news, but I did read that the Attorney General met with Murdoch, two days ago. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

Sounds like the HR weasel wording used when someone is fired.

Way different than "And that's the way it is."

Sure is. If what is happening at that network does not scare you silly, you are not paying attention or just don't know.

I understand, and those who have discussed on here with me know well where I stand. One thing to be anti liberal....another is to carry that hate to endorse the garbage, and garbage is correct, spread on that network.

Shep Smith is a NEWSman who values the truth and facts. He will not endorse or push conspiracy theories, and those who mock anyone who does not agree should read who started news on Fox...Shep Smith. Always looking for the truth and not easily intimidated by liars.

Who is Shepard Smith and what is Fox News and CNN? If it's not on the golf network, the NFL network, or reruns of the good old half hour sitcoms, I don't waste my time watching.

If you read any of the links, you will see that he indeed did, but alluded to it not being forever, and his desire to speak to truth and facts.

NDAs do not protect you forever, and from personal experience, like subpoena's, it means absolutely nothing.
