Attorney to establish an LLC
 
I have a need to establish an LLC in Florida. Has anyone recently established one here and could recommend a good local attorney to assist?

I used Swyft Filings on line to form my Florida LLC

You fill out the form and send a check for $125. It's really nothing more than a name registration with the State. If you hire an attorney, it would be interesting to know how much he/she charges you to fill out a simple form that anyone can fill out.
