Streaming TV providers customer service
 
I've been using AT&T Now for about a year. Once in awhile I have a problem or question. But there is no human customer service available. There's only an automated customer service function that is not helpful. Or you can post your issue on Twitter. Very frustrating.

Does anyone use another provider that offers better customer service?
