need someone to set up wiring on new Vizio tv.

Not sure what you are after. Your cable provider will hook up the wiring in the garage and a cable from the wall connection to your DVR or tuner box. If you are using an antenna, then you get to do this yourself, and then it can be a little confusing.

Or are you looking at connecting accessories, like DVD player, sound bar, etc?

So what are you after? It is difficult to offer advice without more info.

Do a search, you'll find Villages AV has been used thousands of times and he never fails. He can handle anything you need, mount a TV on the wall, set up an outdoor antenna or in the attic, hook your wifi, whatever Tom has done it in The Villages.
